4 Steps To Encrypt An Email

Nowadays, email is very crucial element to save or send the confidential data to an individual or multiple persons. It can contain highly sensitive material, so you need a strong protection, if it is mistakenly sent to the wrong recipient. Hence, one such ways of keeping unauthorized people from reading your email is by encrypting it. Encrypting a message is a secured technique that will change the email from a form that can be read to one, who is indecipherable without the correct software.

In email encryption, you must have a program that will do so because free Internet-based email accounts will not. Moreover, in Microsoft Outlook, you can use email software that allows you to encrypt messages. For this, here are four easy steps for you.

1) Open Microsoft Outlook email account and compose a message on it.

2) Select the "Options" box in the "Message" tab. After this, an "Options" window will open. In this, pick "Security Settings" from the "Security" heading. Now, a "Security Properties" window will open.

3) Then, choose the "Encrypt message contents and attachments" option. After this, select "OK" and close the "Securities Properties" window.

4) At last, send your message.

Therefore, by these steps, your confidential message can be encrypted successfully in Microsoft Outlook.
